The Rules Club and Quality Hotel Wagga needed a complete website overhaul to modernise their online presence, improve user experience, and better reflect the breadth of their services. The brief called for a clean, functional, user-friendly website that made it easy to explore the venue’s offering - from accommodation and dining to events, promotions and downloadable resources.

This project required a multi-layered approach - not just web design, but strategy, content, imagery, and document design. The site structure was designed around how customers interact with the venue, making it easy to access key information without friction. A responsive layout and clear navigation were prioritised to suit users across desktop and mobile, with SEO-optimised copy written to support visibility and clarity.

Alongside the website, a suite of updated commercial photography was produced - including imagery for the new pizza and bistro menus and refreshed interior shots following recent refurbishments. We also redesigned several downloadable documents, such as food and drink menus, ensuring consistency across the full user journey.

Every detail was designed with the customer in mind - reflecting changing digital habits and the need for a more streamlined and engaging experience. The result is a refreshed, reliable online presence for one of Wagga’s largest and most recognisable venues.
